An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join the busy team at our Lloyd BMW MINI, Tyneside retailer.
Rate of Pay: £12.25
Hours: 40 hours per week, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
We’re looking for a proactive and focused individual to join our team as a Call Handler. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for incoming calls, answering customer queries, directing calls to the appropriate departments, and ensuring smooth communication across the business. Working closely with the Quality Customer Care Manager, you'll also play a key role in identifying and resolving potential issues early, helping us maintain the exceptional service our customers expect.
The successful candidate must be professional, friendly, sociable, customer-focused, organized, and IT literate. You must also have exceptional customer service skills and a polite phone manner.
