Responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a competitive starting base pay (paid weekly), not based on sales results, but with potential incentives based on performance. No prior experience is needed as we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a base of $24.00 per appointment (not based on sales), with a performance-based commission structure available. There is an opportunity to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during slow weeks.
