Job summary

Full Circle Health is looking for a Reception Manager to oversee Boise area clinics and ensure a welcoming, efficient front-desk experience for patients.

You will lead reception supervisors, drive staff development through onboarding and coaching, and implement standardized processes across sites to enhance service quality and regulatory compliance.

The role is full-time, daytime, with a regular Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement in patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with healthcare providers.
• Ability to multitask in a busy clinic environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Job Details: Job Location: Raymond Clinic - Boise, ID 83704, Position Type: Full-time, Education Level: High School Diploma / GED, Job Shift: Daytime, Full Circle Health is looking for a Reception Manager to oversee our Boise area clinics!

Purpose

The Reception Manager leads reception operations across multiple clinics through partnerships with clinic reception supervisors, prioritizing a positive patient experience through responsive, patient-centered service. The manager develops supervisors’ leadership skills and supports their work to strengthen staff competency and team development through onboarding, training, and coaching. The manager also establishes consistent, standardized reception processes and supports supervisors in managing staffing and daily operations. In collaboration with clinic leaders and other departments, the manager advances continuous quality improvement while supporting organizational values, patient privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Schedule

Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.

Qualifications: Education
