The Pig Hotel is seeking a Reception Manager to lead the front desk team, ensuring warm guest welcome and smooth check-in/out processes. You will liaise with all hotel departments, drive customer service standards, and manage the reception team to a high level.

The successful candidate will have experience as a Reception Manager or in a similar role and knowledge of Opera Fidelio, with a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences in a busy hospitality setting.

• Experience as a Reception Manager or similar role is essential.
• Knowledge of Opera Fidelio is required.

Location: THE PIG-in the Cotswolds, Barnsley, GL7 5EE

Salary: £32,850 per annum (OTE £36,062 per annum, including tronc.)

Hours: 45 hours per week, over 5 days

We are currently looking for a passionate and customer focused Reception Manager to lead our team of friendly Receptionists.

The front desk at THE PIG is essentially the hub of the hotel, being the first and last face our restaurant and hotel guests see. First impressions are everything and we want our guests to have the best first impression possible.

As our Reception Manager you will be responsible for the effective running of the front office, managing the team of receptionists to ensure all duties are completed to a high standard. You will love making guests smile everyday with high standards and great attention to detail. Communication is key, and you will be required to maintain constant channels of communication with all departments in the hotel.

Experience of working as a Reception Manager or within a similar role is essential, along with knowledge of Opera Fidelio.
