Your role

You are the face of our hotel.
At the front desk, you ensure that our guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive.

You will take care of guest requests, coordinate processes at the reception desk, and support our team with daily front office tasks.

Your responsibilities

• Reception and care of our guests
• Check-in and check-out of hotel guests
• Answering guest questions on site, by phone, or by email
• Assistance with reservations and bookings
• Organization and coordination of day-to-day reception duties
• Close cooperation with housekeeping, technical, and event teams
• General organizational tasks in the front office

What you should bring with you
