Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• Basic ERP skills for inquiring, reviewing, and printing job cost reports.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC or plumbing design.
• Basic verbal and written communications skills.
• Basic computer skills, including CADD and Microsoft Office, such as Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supports the project team on smaller, less complex projects.
• Estimates impact of project changes and informs management.
• Manages change orders, ensuring they are completed accurately and tracked as required.
• Procures equipment, materials and services; participates in subcontractor selection/hiring.
• Keeps current on emerging trends.
• Analyzes and resolves basic questions and problems as needed.

Job description

Pay:Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For Washington, this ranges from $80,000 - $83,000 yearly plus annual incentive, benefits and retirement program as outlined above.
