Job summary

Southland Industries, Inc. in California seeks an engineering graduate or intern to support project teams on smaller, less complex projects.

You will help estimate change impacts, manage change orders, and assist with procurement and subcontractor hiring. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• Basic ERP skills, including querying, reviewing, and printing job cost reports.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC or plumbing design.
• Basic verbal and written communications skills.
• Basic computer skills, including CADD and Microsoft Office, such as Excel.

Pay: Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For California, this ranges from $80,000 – $88,000 yearly plus annual incentive, benefits and retirement program as outlined above.
