Job summary

Southland Industries in Philadelphia is seeking a project support engineer to assist the project team on smaller, less complex projects. You will help estimate change impacts, manage change orders, and procure equipment and services.

The role emphasizes basic ERP usage, HVAC/plumbing design familiarity, and solid communication. You will work with subcontractors, track costs, and stay current on industry trends while contributing to project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• Basic ERP skills, including inquiring, reviewing, and printing job cost reports.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC or plumbing design.
• Basic verbal and written communications skills.
• Basic computer skills, including CADD and Microsoft Office, such as Excel.
