Blue Ridge Haulers is seeking a Recent CDL-A Graduate to join its regional reefer division. Trainees receive approximately 3–5 weeks of paid training (Washington) at $900 per week, with orientation paid as well.
After training, expect regional solo driving with earnings around $1,200–$1,300 per week plus mileage pay and stop pay. Drivers are home roughly every two weeks and must be available for day, night, and weekend runs.
Qualified recent graduates can build experience on regional refrigerated freight with paid behind-the-wheel training before moving into a solo driving position.
Expect approximately 3-5 weeks and 200-250 behind-the-wheel hours of paid training. Washington trainee pay is $900 per week. Orientation is limited to two days, and $300 is paid upon hire.
