Job summary

Pierce County drivers are sought for a western regional reefer role with home every two weeks. Training is paid and orientation includes a hotel stay; you’ll start at $900 per week during training and progress to a guaranteed $1,000 weekly for 3 months solo.

Once solo, expect $1,200–$1,300 average weekly pay and $0.51 per mile to start, with 1,900–2,100 miles weekly. Full benefits, and a path to permanent trucking status are included.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and 21+ years old.
• New driver with 120-hour school certificate or 6 months experience.
• Record: no more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, no DUI/DWI in 10.
• Pass DOT physical and drug screening (hair and urine).

Responsibilities

• Drive refrigerated regional freight across the West.
• Handle no-touch freight.
• Maintain safety and comply with DOT requirements.

Brand-new license, zero miles? You can still start here. Training is paid and you are never thrown in alone.

Pay and miles

• $900 per week while you train
• $1,000 weekly minimum for 3 months once you go solo
• $1,200 to $1,300 average per week
• $0.51 per mile to start
• 1,900 to 2,100 miles weekly
• Home every two weeks
• $15 stop pay, monthly bonus
• You get paid weekly

New CDL? Here is exactly what happens

1. You apply, we call you. A recruiter goes over your license and record with you before anything else, so there are no surprises.
2. Orientation, up to 2 days. Hotel is provided and your one-way bus ticket is reimbursed. You get $300 for orientation once you are hired.
3. 4 to 6 weeks with a mentor. You drive, your mentor rides with you and coaches you on backing, trip planning, logs and fueling. Training pay is $900 per week.
4. You go solo. You get your own assigned truck from a fleet that averages 1.5 years old, with 10-speeds and automatics. Plus $1,000 a week guaranteed for 3 months while you find your rhythm.

• "Will my pay drop when training ends?" No. You have a $1,000 weekly guarantee for your first 3 months solo.
• "How often will I see home?" You are home every two weeks.
