After training, expected weekly earnings range from $1,200 to $1,500. Pay includes $0.02 per mile above dry freight, short-haul pay, and stop pay, plus a potential monthly bonus. Home time is limited to the terminal; drivers stay out 12–14 days.

This Western reefer lane is specifically open to trainees and rehires. After paid road training, drivers move into no-touch refrigerated freight averaging $1,000-$1,100 per week.
Freight runs through seven Western states, primarily California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Nevada and Arizona, with occasional Utah freight. Drivers typically stay out 12-14 days and take two days off.
Qualified trainees complete approximately 3-5 weeks and 200-250 behind-the-wheel hours. California trainee pay is $850 weekly. Orientation lasts no more than two days and pays $300 upon hire.
During time off, the truck must be parked at the designated terminal and cannot be taken home.
