Job summary

Dover Food Retail is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in South Chesterfield, VA, reporting to the Senior Principle Lead Engineer, Material Flow & Inventory Control. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure safe receipt and dispatch of goods, and provide training to staff to meet production schedules.

Required are a BS degree or higher, 7+ years in manufacturing, and 3+ years of leadership. The role emphasizes safety, lean methods, and continuous improvement with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• BS degree (or higher) in business, engineering, or other applicable discipline or equivalent experience
• 7+ years or relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment
• 3+ years in a leadership position within a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean environment that enhances plant safety and conduct 6S audits.
• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.
• Drive lean improvements, establish KPIs, and coach staff to achieve safety, quality, delivery and productivity goals.
