Dover Food Retail in South Chesterfield, VA, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of goods. You will supervise staff, provide training, distribute work, and resolve problems to meet production and quality goals. The role emphasizes lean methods and a collaborative team culture, with a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Formación

• BS degree (or higher) in business, engineering, or other applicable discipline or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership role within manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a clean environment that enhances plant safety and conduct 6S audits.
• Drive a safety-conscious culture and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Manage overall departmental goals including Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Productivity.
• Develop a strong team with emphasis on process management and continuous improvement.
• Drive positive associate relations and team culture and coach continuous improvement.
• Forecast staffing, workload, and performance to meet business demands; review production reports for improvements.
