Job summary

Ollie's Bargain Outlet in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Receiving Team Leader to oversee the receiving area, ensure accurate freight flow, and maintain back stock according to the store's standards.

You will plan, unload, verify shipments, supervise Associates, and act as Manager on Duty, including opening and closing the store. A high school diploma and 6 months retail experience are required, with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan, unload, check in, and support the merchandising of distribution shipments of merchandise.
• Receive, verify, and merchandise all direct vendor shipments.
• Manage freight flow in the receiving area and maintain a safe dock.
• Direct the work of Associates and act as Manager on Duty including opening/closing duties.
