Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. in Greenville, SC seeks a Receiving Team Leader to oversee the receiving area, ensure accurate freight flow to the sales floor, maintain back stock, and manage damaged goods disposition according to the store’s receiving plan.

You will plan unloading, verify shipments, supervise associates, and act as Manager on Duty including opening and closing the store; strong organization, multitasking, and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks under tight deadlines.
• Positive attitude and strong customer/associate interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, unload, check in, and support merchandising of shipments.
• Receive and merchandise all direct vendor shipments.
• Maintain efficient freight flow and safe dock area.
• Ensure accuracy of incoming merchandise and assist with displays.
• Assist with outbound transfers of merchandise and fixtures.
• Direct other associates in freight flow processes.
• Act as Manager on Duty including opening/closing the store.
