Job summary

The Staff Pad in Dallas, TX is hiring a Warehouse Receiver II to oversee daily receiving operations. You will ensure shipments are inspected, verified, and processed according to company standards and safety requirements.

You will lead the receiving team, coordinate with suppliers and logistics, maintain accurate inventory records, and drive efficiency while enforcing policies and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of warehouse receiving or logistics experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the receiving team to ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming shipments.
• Inspect deliveries against purchase orders and shipping documents to verify accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and logistics teams to maintain accurate records and resolve discrepancies.
• Enforce company policies and safety standards throughout receiving operations.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to improve performance and efficiency.
• Schedule and prioritize receiving activities to maintain smooth workflows and effective resource allocation.
• Track and report receiving performance, operational issues, and improvement opportunities to warehouse management.
