Job Description

Receiving Stocker

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a reliable and motivated Receiving Stocker for a company based in Southwest Houston, Texas. The role involves receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, particularly flange and fitting products, and managing stock in a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Pay Rate

Schedule and Hours

Monday through Friday, 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming trucks and verify merchandise accuracy
• Inspect and handle flange/fitting materials properly
• Organize materials on racks, shelves, or bins
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
• Update inventory in the system to ensure accuracy
• Follow safety protocols and report unsafe conditions
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience, especially in shipping and receiving
• Experience with flange and fitting materials preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Adherence to safety policies and procedures
• Experience operating warehouse equipment (sit-down forklift, cherry picker, reach truck, etc.)
