Responsibilities

We are seeking dedicated, energetic night-shift Partners to keep our shelves stocked and organized while everyone else is asleep. As a Night Stocker, you will be part of a team in the Grocery or Drug Store department, stocking shelves, learning about products, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. This role offers opportunities for growth and development within H-E-B.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Stocking shelves and refilling displays
• Loading and unloading heavy products, possibly unloading trucks
• Conditioning shelves and products
• Applying product knowledge with attention to detail
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the department
• Ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards
• Working efficiently as part of a team
• Possibly coaching or training other Stockers

Customer Service Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers and building relationships across departments
• Providing product information and answering questions

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum age 18
• Experience in stocking and customer service preferred
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 100 lbs

Skills and Attributes:

• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
