What to expect when you work here

As a Receiving Specialist & Sales Associate, you will manage the store's backroom operations by receiving products into the POS system, keeping products organized, and helping process weekly pallets. You will also handle processing damaged or defective products back to the Fulfillment Center, reporting these items to the Inventory Control Team. Providing every customer with a great experience, maintaining product knowledge, and offering in-depth information on product features and benefits are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, inventory management, customer service, or sales.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong computer skills, including managing inventory and cash control.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and engage with the riding community.
• Experience with POS systems (preferably RetailPro).
• Motorcycle knowledge or interest is a plus but not required.
