Job Description

What to expect when you work here

As a Receiving Specialist & Sales Associate, you will be responsible for managing the store's backroom operations by receiving products into the POS system, keeping products organized and accounted for, and helping process weekly pallets. You will also handle processing damaged or defective products back to the Fulfillment Center, and reporting these items to the Inventory Control Team. Additionally, you will provide excellent customer service, maintaining strong product knowledge to inform customers about product features and benefits.

Qualifications

Our next Receiving Specialist & Sales Associate has:

  • Retail, inventory management, customer service, or sales experience
  • Availability for retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong computer skills, including POS systems (RetailPro preferred), math, and writing abilities
  • A proactive attitude with attention to detail
  • An eagerness to learn and engage with the riding community
  • Motorcycle knowledge or interest is a plus but not required
