Job summary

Natera is seeking an onsite Receiving Specialist in San Carlos, CA. The role involves receiving deliveries, verifying items, unloading, and updating inventory with precision. You must be physically able to lift up to 60 lbs and operate a pallet jack as needed.

The position requires accuracy and teamwork to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper storage. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years of receiving experience;

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of receiving experience in a distribution or warehouse environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and ERP, preferably Oracle.

POSITION SUMMARY: This is an onsite position in San Carlos, CA. (Temp to Perm)

The Receiving Specialist accepts and process deliveries. The responsibilities include verifying delivered items, unloading trucks, ensuring items are stored correctly. The receiving specialist will inspect deliveries with great attention to detail and be in good physical condition to lift and move heavy items.

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-430pm

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receiving and signing for deliveries, comparing purchase orders with invoices and packaging lists.
• Organize and store received items in appropriate areas, update inventory with received items.
• Process and record corresponding transactions in Oracle.
• Work collaboratively with the team to resolve any discrepancies.
• Handling returns of miss-shipped or damaged merchandise.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of receiving experience in a distribution or warehouse environment or similar experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, Spreadsheet and ERP, preferably Oracle.

Compensation & Total Rewards

This range reflects a good-faith estimate of the base pay we reasonably expect to offer at the time of hire. Final compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and skills considerations.
