Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Computer literacy with spreadsheet skills.
• Experience with shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL) preferred.
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Ship outgoing shipments and prepare labels and paperwork.
• Maintain inventory of kits and shipping supplies with purchasing team.
• Data entry in spreadsheets and ERP systems.
• Manage work orders and supporting documentation.
• Pick, pack, and verify material accuracy.
• Enter work order information into the system and approve receipts.
• Use ERP to manage inventory and perform cycle counts.
• Meet deadlines and performance metrics for on-time orders.
• Troubleshoot carrier-related delivery or pickup issues.
• Stock materials and build kits per BOM.
