Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations at our Burlingame store. You will unload, audit, and stage product to recover store inventory and ensure receiving paperwork is accurate. We offer both full-time and part-time schedules.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of warehouse experience and forklift familiarity, plus strong oral and written communication. You must be able to work in varying weather and extended hours during peak seasons, while upholding safety

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Attentive to detail and able to work in different weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet established deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Act in a manner consistent with the company’s core values.
• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Ensure all receiving paperwork is properly completed.
• Ensure products are stored properly to conserve space and follow safety procedures.
• Oversee the rotation of inventories within the warehouse.
• Perform other related duties as directed by management.
• Demonstrate understanding and compliance with safe lifting practices and SOPs.
• Complete required department and equipment training (forklift certified).
