Job summary

Dollywood Parks & Resorts in Tennessee is seeking a Receiving Clerk for Dollywood's HeartSong Lodge & Resort. You will manage unloading/loading shipments, inspect contents, and record receipts using Dollywood policies.

This full-time, year-round role requires 18+ years, a high school diploma, and at least one year of receiving or related experience; basic math, data entry skills, and a Food Handler certification may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year’s experience as receiving clerk or similar position.
• Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data.
• Basic math and recording abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Must be able to obtain Food handler certification.
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Background screening including criminal history and motor vehicle record check required.
• Comfortable working in coolers and freezers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Inventory Control staff to list expected deliveries.
• Receives daily food, alcoholic beverage, and supply item shipments and signs receipts.
• Unloads packages from incoming trucks and inspects contents for damage and expiration.
• Verifies packages against orders and invoices for quantity, quality, and price.
• Checks in orders including counting, labeling, and storing inventories.
• Delivers requisitions to locations and confirms alignment with requisition.
• Maintains cleanliness in storage and loading areas.
• Monitors safety and expiration dates; communicates issues to leadership.
