Job summary

Ore Designs, Inc. in Woods Cross, UT is seeking a Receiving Specialist & Driver to handle warehouse receiving, inventory control, and local vendor pickups. You will operate a forklift, record documentation, and help maintain a clean, safe facility.

This full-time day position runs Monday–Friday 7:00 am–4:00 pm with a pay range of $19–$23 per hour DOE. We offer 10 paid holidays, PTO, PPE stipend, tuition and certification reimbursement, health/dental/vision, 401K with company match, and

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in a receiving warehouse environment.
• 1-2 years’ experience in inventory flow systems.
• Understanding of safety, quality, and housekeeping standards for warehouse operations.
• Basic computer proficiency with NetSuite, Word and Excel.
• Ability to perform basic visual quality inspections on products.
• Must obtain a valid forklift certification.
• Utah driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

• 1-2 years’ experience in a receiving warehouse environment.
• 1-2 years’ experience in inventory flow systems.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Understanding of all relevant safety, quality, and housekeeping standards for the entire warehouse.
• Basic proficiency in using a computer, i.e. NetSuite, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Ability to perform basic visual quality inspections on products.
• Must be able to obtain a valid and current forklift certification.
• Current Utah Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
• Operate company vehicle to pick up raw materials, hardware, and supplies from local vendors and suppliers, and run errands as needed.
• Complete and analyze inventory adjustments for monthly counts, cycle counts, audits, and bin checks.
• Record and process all paper documentation for all receiving protocols.
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Operate a forklift and other machinery to load, unload, sort, store in inventory, stage products for production, and transport products.

Pay & Schedule

• Full-Time Day Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm.
• Hours may vary slightly depending on business needs and demands.
• $19-$23 per hour, DOE.

The Receiving Specialist & Driver is responsible for loading, unloading, sorting, staging, and moving materials into and out of our Woods Cross facility. This individual handles the day-to-day tasks of warehouse receiving, incoming inspections, and inventory control, and safely operates a company vehicle as the primary driver for local vendor pickups and material transport.
