Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a Receiving Specialist to support data center operations. You will receive, inspect, and process high‑value materials and equipment, verify shipments, and ensure accurate labeling and staging to enable construction and ongoing operations in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

You will work with ERP systems, perform cycle counts, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies while operating forklifts and maintaining safe, organized receiving areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 3+ years of experience in a supply chain, warehousing, or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive all materials and transact receipts in the ERP/WMS system.
• Verify material received for conformity with paperwork and specs.
• Create/print routing labels and identifiers for received material.
• File and maintain records of incoming paperwork and documentation.
• Interface with carriers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
