Job summary

You will verify shipments, transact in ERP/WMS, label, stage, and coordinate with carriers and internal teams to resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a supply chain, warehousing, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems and scanning equipment.
• Experience operating forklift and other powered equipment.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials and transact receipts in ERP/WMS; process holds as required.
• Verify materials against paperwork; check for damage and specs.
• Create/print routing labels; maintain records of incoming paperwork.
• Interface with carriers and internal teams to resolve receipt issues.
• Document non-conformance; perform cycle counts and review inventory.
• Coordinate returns and reverse logistics; operate forklifts/industrial equipment.
• Maintain housekeeping in receiving and staging areas; support kitting and staging.
