Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking an experienced Lead, Receiving Specialist to oversee inbound receiving operations for data center construction in Memphis, TN. You will guide a team of Receiving Specialists, ensuring accurate and timely receipts of high-value materials while maintaining inventory integrity.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will resolve discrepancies, coordinate with carriers and vendors, and drive continuous improvements in safety and efficiency within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in receiving, supply chain, warehouse, or manufacturing.
• At least 1 year in a lead, senior, or supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of Receiving Specialists; assign work and train staff.
• Oversee receipt of materials and transact in ERP/WMS; process holds.
• Create labels, verify conformity and document records.
• Interface with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Coordinate returns and reverse logistics; support inventory accuracy.
• Operate forklifts and powered equipment per safety procedures.
• Drive 5S, process improvements, and housekeeping.
• Document non-conformances and support root-cause actions.
