Innovative Health LLC is seeking a Receiving Specialist to ensure timely and accurate receipt of incoming raw materials in the warehouse and in our ERP system, JDEdwards. The role supports production and sales by issuing materials per work instructions and maintaining stock accuracy.

The position emphasizes strong organization, cleanliness, and safety standards in the warehouse, with duties including inspections, documentation, and software transactions to ensure reliable inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Accept loads from suppliers and inspect containers for damage or discrepancies.
• Verify material and quantity in stock and transact lot numbers and units in JDEdwards.
• Replenish racks after quality inspection is complete.
• Pick production, R&D and kit orders and distribute to requesting departments.
• Follow environmental and safety regulations and work in compliance with U.S. laws.

Job description

The Receiving Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate receiving of incoming raw material, both in the warehouse and the ERP system (JDEdwards). The Receiving Specialist will issue materials to support the production floor and sales team in accordance with work instructions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintains high standards of organization, cleanliness, and safety within warehouse.
• Accepts loads from suppliers, examines containers for damage and communicates with appropriate individuals if there is missing or damaged inventory.
• Inspects receiving documents to ensure they are complete with necessary information and notifying purchasing team when documents are missing or incorrect.
• Verifies material and quantity going into stock, and accurately transacts part, lot number, unit of measure and quantity in and out of JDEdwards.
• Replenishes racks in dedicated warehouse location, after quality inspection has been completed.
• Dispose of obsolete/expired inventory as directed.
• Completes cycle count sheets as provided by manager. Request second check on discrepancies.
• Picks production, R&D and collection kit orders in the warehouse and distributes to the requesting department.
• Allocates deliveries of non-controlled materials to their designated place.
• Follows environmental and safety regulations and acts in compliance with U.S. laws.
• Other duties as assigned.
