About the Position:

The Receiving Specialist provides first-class guest service by processing incoming products, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, and conducting price audits. The role involves physical and administrative tasks, including inventory management and ensuring safety compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage backroom activities such as product orders, deliveries, and report analysis
• Review and reconcile deliveries, invoices, and resolve discrepancies
• Conduct price audits
• Assist with inventory management, rotation, and stock handling to ensure freshness and quality
• Maintain safety and food safety standards per company policies and legal requirements

Schedule: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality
• At least 1 year of leadership experience
• Must be 18 or older
