Job Summary

The Inventory Clerk is responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and executing the timely confirmation and accuracy of inbound inventories, ensuring products are placed in the correct locations, preparing job orders for shipments, and booking adjustment transactions to maintain accurate inventory records. This role typically works Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 4 pm.

What You’ll Do

• Receive and manage incoming products according to company procedures.
• Ensure products are stored in the correct bin locations.
• Provide proper documentation to relevant personnel.
• Support quality improvement initiatives to ensure defect-free deliverables aligned with technical specifications.
• Follow standard operational procedures and policies to ensure consistent output.
• Perform live cycle counts.
• Operate forklift machinery to assist with loading and unloading materials.
• Generate and monitor inventory and unissued materials reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
