Job summary

Limiting Factor Group is seeking a Receiving Specialist for the Moses Lake site. You will receive deliveries, inspect items, and record receipts to support accounts payable and asset tracking.

You will tag assets, store serials, and keep the yard organized, ensuring accurate inventory and timely communication with procurement. The role requires 2+ years in receiving/inventory, proficiency with ERP software and spreadsheets, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in receiving, warehouse or inventory control.
• Comfort with inventory or ERP software and spreadsheets.
• Accurate record keeping.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Bonus if you have forklift certification, or willingness to obtain it.
• Bonus if you have experience receiving construction materials or industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries, check them against purchase orders and packing lists, and inspect them for damage.
• Record receipts in the ERP on the day of delivery so Accounts Payable can match invoices.
• Tag assets and record serial numbers and storage locations.
• Keep the receiving area and yard organized, and track inventory of equipment and spare parts.
• Report shortages, damage and wrong shipments to Procurement, and file freight claims.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers, carriers and the construction team.
• Support physical inventory and asset counts.
• Follow site safety rules at all times.

Job description

LFG designs, builds and manages power infrastructure for compute systems and utility providers. The Receiving Specialist receives, inspects and records the equipment and materials delivered to the Moses Lake site. Deliveries range from pallets of cable to transformers that arrive on special trucks. Your records allow Finance to pay suppliers and track assets, and allow the construction team to know exactly what has arrived.

What you will do

Additional Requirements

• Willing to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed
• Must be willing to travel to other LFG locations
• On site at an active construction site and operating data center, indoors and outdoors in all weather
• Standing and walking most of the day
• Lifting up to 50 pounds and wearing protective equipment

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at LFG.
