Job summary

BI Incorporated in Boulder, CO seeks a diligent Shipping/Receiving coordinator to manage the return of equipment and ensure accurate data entry.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies, disinfect returned units, and maintain a clean receiving area while applying Lean principles.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED completed.
  • 1–3 years of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Ability to follow complex visual work instructions.
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills; cross-functional work ability.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
  • Able to shift priorities as needed and adapt to changes.
  • Proficient with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures returned equipment is received, tracked, disinfected and routed promptly.
  • Prioritize returned product repair units and log information in the database.
  • Coordinate with the Customer Business Services group to resolve discrepancies on incoming SROs.
  • Process returned accessories/products through the reclamation cell in a timely manner.
  • Log Reward Program returns and report to Finance monthly.
  • Disinfects returned units via the UV chamber.
  • Keeps receiving area neat, clean and well organized.
  • Performs other duties as required.

  • One to three years of experience in a shipping/receiving function or warehouse environment preferred.
  • Ability to follow complex visual work instructions.

Responsibilities

Summary

Ensures returned equipment is received, tracked, disinfected and routed in a timely and accurate manner.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receives and prioritizes returned product repair units. Separates and sorts by unit type. Verifies and records unit information in the computer database and routes equipment to the appropriate station.
  • Corresponds with the Customer Business Services group to resolve discrepancies on incoming Service Repair Orders (SRO's).
  • Responsible for timely processing of returned accessories/products through the reclamation work cell.
  • Logs all Reward Program returns and forwards the data to the Finance group on a monthly basis.
  • Scraps obsolete and/or damaged equipment and generates reports for management.
  • Disinfects returned units through the UV chamber.
  • Keeps receiving area neat, clean and well organized.
  • Performs other duties as required.
