Multisorb is seeking a Receiving Clerk to accurately receive, inspect, and record shipments, ensuring quality and proper documentation. You will work with Purchasing, Quality, and Production to maintain material flow in a busy warehouse.
You will operate ERP systems, verify quantities and lot numbers, and ensure proper labeling and storage while supporting lean and 5S practices in a safety‑conscious environment.
The Receiving Clerk is responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and recording all incoming shipments and materials. This role ensures that all deliveries meet quality standards and are properly documented, labeled, and stored according to company procedures and safety standards. The Receiving Clerk will work closely with Purchasing, Quality, and Production to maintain material flow and accuracy within the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
The person in this position will frequently move about inside and outside the building to access other offices, meeting rooms, warehouse and manufacturing areas. The person in this position frequently communicates with vendors and co‑workers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
Generally works in a warehouse environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties in a typical office setting. Normal manufacturing conditions requiring safety observation at all times.
