Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Quality Control Inspector to verify incoming raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies meet drawings and purchase order requirements.

The role involves inspecting electrical components and structural materials, recording results, generating NCRs, and collaborating across departments to drive root-cause investigations with suppliers. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and preferably a technical or electrical certification.

Qualifications

• Inspect incoming electrical components against BOMs, purchase orders, and supplier data sheets.
• Inspect incoming structural material per drawings and purchase orders.
• Conduct sampling power testing for electrical components.
• Record inspection results in ERP system and generate reports.
• Review supplier documentation and file in network location.
• Isolate and quarantine defective materials to prevent production impact.
• Generate NCRs with detailed descriptions and photos.
• Collaborate to initiate root cause investigations with suppliers.

Responsabilités

• Inspect incoming electrical components (relays, circuit breakers, CTs/PTs, terminal blocks, digital meters, busbars) against BOMs, PO, and data sheets.
• Inspect structural material (steel, insulation, wall panels, HVAC framing, doors) per drawings and PO.
• Perform sampling power testing for electrical components.
• Record results by completing reports and updating ERP system.
• Review supplier documentation and file appropriately.
• Isolate defective materials to quarantine area.
• Create NCRs with photos and clear descriptions.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Engineering to investigate causes.
