Job summary

B&H is seeking a Receiving Quality Assurance Specialist 3 to inspect incoming merchandise and ensure items match orders, then record them in the Warehouse Management System for vendor payments.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, extended standing, pallet math accuracy, and proficient use of a hand scanner and WMS. Scheduled Sunday to Thursday, 10AM-6PM at the New Jersey facility.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Pallet processing experience.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs independently.
• Extended periods of standing and walking.
• Ability to resolve pallet math with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Strong computer knowledge is required.
• Must be able to operate a hand scanner to enter data into a Warehouse Management System.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all received merchandise for damage, determine product condition, and reconcile warehouse order slips.
• If there are multiple barcodes, determine which barcode to use for what purpose.
• Process shipments that don’t reconcile against orders.
• Enter weight and dimensions of new products into the computer system.
• Ensure quality testing is conducted in the warehouse.
• Document complaints on vendors such as missing packing slips or missing barcodes.
