Job summary

Quickbox is seeking an Inventory Management Receiving Associate in New Jersey. The role concentrates on inbound receiving activities—unloading, verifying, labeling, staging, and processing shipped goods—with emphasis on accuracy and adherence to client requirements.

You will review documents, update systems, report discrepancies, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure inventory integrity and timely putaway in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse/receiving experience.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in verification of product, labels, and documents.
• Ability to follow SOPs, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Proficiency with scanners and computer systems for inventory.

Responsibilities

• Assist inbound receiving: unload, verify, label, and stage product according to procedures.
• Review orders, packing slips, BOLs, system information, and client requirements for accuracy.
• Count, scan, label, stage, and move received product per SOPs and site workflow.
• Identify and report discrepancies, damages, and missing information.
• Update systems with receiving information and maintain accurate records of receipts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure inbound inventory accuracy and proper putaway.
