A WORKFORCE Client is seeking a dependable Receiving & Outside Service Coordinator to join its Shipping & Receiving team in Holland, MI. This role ensures accurate receipt of incoming materials, outside-processed products, and MRO items, with documentation and safe storage.

You will prepare outside-service paperwork, assist with loading/unloading, and support multiple departments while maintaining accuracy and a safe work environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to obtain and maintain required forklift certification
• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, material handling, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Computer skills and ability to accurately enter and maintain information
• Experience with Plex or another ERP/manufacturing system is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well with others and support multiple departments
• Dependable with strong follow-through
• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a busy environment

Responsabilidades

• Accurately complete receiving paperwork for daily deliveries, including raw materials, MRO and small-parcel deliveries
• Sign, scan, and attach required receiving documentation within Plex
• Prepare outside-service paperwork and products for daily shipments
• Assist Purchasing and Quality with raw material returns and products requiring rework by outside vendors
• Assist with moving products and materials between company facilities
• Safely operate a hi-lo/forklift for material-handling activities
• Load and unload daily delivery and shipping trucks
• Stage products and materials for upcoming shifts
• Unload returnable dunnage as needed
• Double-check quantities, labels, paperwork, and packaging to help prevent shipping and receiving errors
• Reweigh raw materials as needed
• Immediately communicate damaged products, forklift concerns, or safety issues to leadership
• Assist with part and raw-material cycle counts
• Support Quality, Purchasing, Production, Value Add, and other departments as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform other duties as assigned
