Job summary

Factory6 in Lindon, Utah, is seeking a detail-oriented Receiving and Outbound Coordinator to oversee daily inbound and outbound logistics in a cGMP environment. You will inspect inbound freight, reconcile documents, and ensure accurate put-away and timely shipments, working with carriers and forklifts.

This full-time role offers competitive wages at $18 per hour plus medical, vision, dental, 401(k) matching, PTO, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with inventory systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods (up to 10 hours/day).
• Forklift certification required; experience operating stand-up reach trucks preferred.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect inbound freight, containers, and smaller parcels for damage or discrepancies.
• Reconcile deliveries and BOLs against POs in the WMS.
• Direct put-away and update inventory locations upon receipt.
• Resolve short-ships, damaged goods, or vendor overages.
• Coordinate daily shipping schedules for LTL/TL freight and parcels.
• Generate shipping documents including customs paperwork, packing slips, invoices, and BOLs.
• Verify picking/packing accuracy against customer orders before staging.
