Job summary

Mity-Lite Inc. in Lindon, UT is seeking a Shipping Operator to support outbound shipments. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm, with potential overtime and some flexibility.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse environment, outbound shipments focus.
• Ability to balance current workload while planning ahead for future tasks.
• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly with attention to details.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production and shipping schedule for outbound movements.
• Verify inventory accuracy with correct part IDs and quantities.
• Operate forklift and material handling equipment.
• Use handheld devices for inventory movements and picks.
• Maintain accurate stock levels, inventories, and locations.
• Input and process shipments in computer systems.
• Maintain communication with team leads, shipping, receiving and purchasing.
• Suggest schedule changes to improve team productivity and safety.
