Jetro Restaurant Depot is seeking a Receiving Manager in New Bedford, MA to oversee all receiving operations, ensuring accurate processing of shipments and proper documentation. The role supports inventory accuracy, efficiency, and audit readiness through consistent execution of procedures.

The position requires experience in receiving or warehouse operations and a proven ability to supervise staff, manage multiple priorities, and maintain organized records.

Formación

• Previous experience in receiving, warehouse, or inventory operations.
• Strong understanding of receiving processes and inventory control.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily receiving operations to ensure accurate and efficient processing of incoming shipments
• Ensure all deliveries are verified for accuracy, quality, and proper documentation
• Maintain accurate receiving records and support overall inventory accuracy
• Monitor receiving activity to identify discrepancies, errors, or process gaps
• Supervise receiving staff to ensure adherence to company procedures and performance expectations
• Coordinate scheduling and workflow for receiving operations
• Ensure proper handling of discrepancies, including damages, shortages, and documentation issues
• Support compliance with company polices, audit requirements, and operational controls
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area
