The role requires supervising staff, coordinating workflow, and ensuring compliance with company policies within a warehouse setting.

The position emphasizes adherence to audit requirements, safe handling, and efficient processing of shipments to sustain operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in receiving, warehouse, or inventory operations.
• Strong understanding of receiving processes and inventory control.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily receiving operations to ensure accurate and efficient processing of incoming shipments
• Ensure all deliveries are verified for accuracy, quality, and proper documentation
• Maintain accurate receiving records and support overall inventory accuracy
• Monitor receiving activity to identify discrepancies, errors, or process gaps
• Supervise receiving staff to ensure adherence to company procedures and performance expectations
• Coordinate scheduling and workflow for receiving operations
• Ensure proper handling of discrepancies, including damages, shortages, and documentation issues
• Support compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and operational controls
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area
