Jetro Restaurant Depot in Milford, MA is seeking an Assistant Receiving Manager to support daily receiving operations, verify deliveries, and ensure accuracy of documentation and inventory records. In this role you will supervise and assist receiving staff, coordinate workflow, maintain clean and safe receiving areas, and report discrepancies to management.

Experience in warehouse or inventory roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily receiving operations to ensure accurate processing of incoming shipments
• Assist in verifying deliveries for accuracy, quality, and proper documentation
• Maintain receiving records and support inventory accuracy
• Help identify and report discrepancies such as damages or shortages
• Provide support and guidance to receiving staff during daily operations
• Assist with scheduling and workflow coordination for receiving activities
• Ensure receiving areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Communicate operational issues or concerns to management
