Job summary

Forman Mills Department Lead in Receiving delivers courteous, fast, and friendly service while implementing merchandising directives, price changes, and inventory controls. You will train staff, manage floor presentation, and coordinate with receiving to keep hot items prioritized.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, flexible hours including nights and weekends, and a proactive approach to store-wide tasks and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Cashier experience preferred but not required.
• Strong math skills and ability to make change.
• Excellent people skills and high energy.
• Ability to communicate store policies to customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and thank every customer in a positive manner.
• Train and develop all team members in department duties.
• Ensure merchandise presentation and signing per directives.
• Verify pricing and floor signs; update as directed.
• Maintain accurate inventories and assist in other store areas when needed.
• Deter theft by reporting inappropriate behavior.
