Job summary

Forman Mills is seeking a Back End Supervisor to oversee Receiving, processing and backroom efficiency. You will manage throughput from loading to the sales floor, ensuring DT to Floor within 24 hours while maintaining a positive customer experience.

The role requires leading daily backroom activities, reviewing productivity, coaching staff, and upholding company policies. Strong communication and physical stamina are essential for success in this hands-on leadership position.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of managing a freight processing environment in a retail setting.
• Ability to work varied hours including nights and weekends to meet business needs.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and occasionally 70 lbs with physical fitness.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Cartons per Hour (CPH) and overall DTF targets.
• Ensure 24-hour door-to-floor standard is followed.
• Supervise backroom staff and daily productivity reporting.
• Maintain backroom cleanliness, organization and standards.
• Coordinate freight flow with store management to support DTf.
