Job summary

Howmet Aerospace is seeking a Receiving Team Member for our Dover Casting group in Dover, NJ. This on-site role supports shipping, receiving, material handling, and housekeeping to keep operations compliant and efficient.

Starting hourly rate is $25.66 with progression to $28.31 after 12 months. The position includes health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, life insurance, disability coverage, PTO, wellness programs, and an EAP.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
Minimum 1 year of forklift/shipping-receiving or warehouse experience.
Valid driver's license.
Basic computer literacy including Excel and ERP.

Responsibilities

Material handling, yard support, and housekeeping to support warehouse operations.
Safely operate forklifts to load/unload materials and move goods around the facility.
Weigh incoming materials, verify documentation, and process shipments in company systems.
Manage waste materials in proper containers and adhere to safety regulations.
Coordinate with departments for inventories and data accuracy.
Perform stock movements in ERP and assist with cycle counts and audits.
Escalate inventory discrepancies or issues to the supervisor or purchasing contact.
