Qualifications

• This position requires access to export-controlled items and offers are conditioned upon legal ability to access such items.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.
• High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Support Quality Engineers and engineers in preparing process approvals and MRB submittals.
• Lead SPS and eCav document submittals and maintain customer portal access.
• Maintain logs (shipper, concession, GX Release) and data collection records.
• Assist with mold sheet releases and product criteria updates.
• Participate in customer calls and contact customer counterparts as needed.
• Perform visual inspection and use gauges/calipers for quality checks.
• Interpret product criteria and revise instructions to meet customer requirements.
• Undergo internal auditor training and conduct audits per AS9100.
