Broadridge Financial Solutions in Edgewood, NY, is seeking a Receiving Materials Coordinator for its Production team. This on-site role requires coordinating material flow, overseeing a small team, and ensuring timely processing within the Warehouse Management System.
Qualified candidates will bring attention to detail, strong English communication, and 3–5 years in a production environment. Evening/night shift offered with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

We are currently recruiting for a Receiving Materials Coordinator to join our dynamic Production team in Edgewood. We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time.
Coordinates the flow of material through Receiving and Warehousing. Makes sure that material is estimated and located to WMS. Performs quality inspections of the daily input to ensure accuracy. Sees that all material is estimated and processed within the normal time restraints. Ability to run a small team in a materials management department.
Night Shift. 5:00 PM-1:00 AM
