Job summary

Assurant is seeking a frontline training and production support role at our Irving, TX location. The position works Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM and involves assisting Supervisors in team training, monitoring performance, and ensuring quality control according to work instructions.

You will interact with Supervisors, participate in stand‑ups, and help reallocate resources to meet customer goals. Prior experience in light manufacturing and strong organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of light manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in manual processing and meeting UPH expectations.
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisors in training and developing the team.
• Monitor production performance and quality controls.
• Participate in daily stand‑ups and meetings with customers or vendors.
• Reallocate resources with Supervisors to meet goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure workflow.
• Maintain attendance roster for Emergency Evacuation.
• Support 6S audits and implement resulting changes.
