Job summary
Manufacturing Inc is seeking a dependable Shipping and Receiving Specialist to manage our warehouse operations in a high-volume plant. You will load/unload shipments, inspect goods, verify manifests, and prepare outgoing orders with speed and accuracy.
The role requires experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks, maintaining inventory in ERP SAP, and coordinating logistics to meet tight schedules. You will contribute to safe, organized facilities and support manufacturing lines with timely
Qualifications
- Forklift and pallet jack operation experience.
- Shipping and receiving expertise in a fast-paced environment.
- ERP SAP proficiency for tracking orders and inventory.
- Inventory control and cycle counting capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklift to unload inbound containers and stage freight.
- Pick, pack, label, and stage outbound orders to meet schedules.
- Perform palletizing, wrapping, stacking, and securing freight.
- Maneuver staging bins and raw stock with electric pallet jack.
- Coordinate outbound shipping schedules and verify packing slips.
- Update inventory logs and receipts in ERP SAP.
- Replenish raw stock and support manufacturing lines.
- Supervise inbound receiving workflows and inspect freight/BOL.
- Conduct regular cycle counts for inventory accuracy.
- Maintain OSHA-compliant warehouse and keep aisles clean.
